Ajmera's One Kalyan, in partnership with Mehta Group, is the first mixed-use project in Kalyan. One Kalyan combines homes, new-age luxury amenities, shopping avenues, and an office building. With a total development area of 9.5 acres, we created a two-phase plan to accommodate all developments in phases. The first phase of One Kalyan will cover 3 acres. This project will consist of four podiums, + E-deck + 22 floors of residential towers.
